Reservations

Groups of four (4) or more are asked to make a reservation to ensure they are seated together at the Scent Bar. Reservations are allowed for any group size, limited up to 14 during the week (Mon - Fri) and 8 on the weekends (Sat - Sun).

Expectations

When you and your guests arrive at Wick, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly Scent Tenders who will guide your group through candle pouring or fragrance product customization.

Plan on about 45 minutes in-store, depending on the size of your group. Candles then take at least 90 minutes to cool before they are ready to take home.

Whether you’re looking for dinner, drinks, or boutiques, our Scent Tenders are happy to provide recommendations. You can also visit sanmarcomerchants.com for the latest on what’s happening in historic San Marco.

If you’d like to pour a candle and take it home with you the same day, please plan to visit the store at least two and a half hours before we close (7:00 PM Tue-Sat, 5:00 PM Sun).

If you don't mind picking up your candle another day, you can stop by anytime during regular business hours. There is no rush to pick up your finished candles — we will hold onto them for you!

Pricing

If you are paying for a group, you are welcome to pre-select a jar (or jars) based on your budget. For example, our standard 8 oz. jar is just $20, inclusive of the entire Wick experience.

Pricing is dependent on the size and style of jar that you choose. Prices range from $20-$36 with most options around $25.
